Conscious Living Counseling strives to highlight events that decrease isolation, promote physical movement, and build awareness and community support.
FirstLink presents the 12th Annual Walk of Hope to bring awareness to the issue of suicide and help survivors meet other survivors face-to-face.
The walk will be 30 minutes long, moving from the Fargo Civic Center courtyard to the Angel of Hope Statue in Island Park. Participants will place flowers at the statue in honor of their loved ones followed by a moment of silence, then return to the courtyard for a short program.
The walk takes place Sunday, September 9th, 2012 at the courtyard between the Fargo Civic Center and the Downtown Fargo Public Library. Registration begins at 1:30 pm and the walk starts at 2:00 pm.
