The transition from high school to college has its share of challenges, and those challenges are amplified for students with ADHD. In college, most of your life revolves around being able to concentrate, focus, retain knowledge, take good notes, schedule time for studying, and manage your time so that you get things done. Many students with ADHD become overwhelmed with the number of decisions, choices, and responsibilities facing them. Learning how to cope with ADHD in the college setting can play an integral role in helping to foster both academic and social success for students with ADHD.
